Specification-based research shortlist—not a hands-on test, price ranking or exact-model customer-review ranking. A listed capacity does not establish comfortable seating. Each product page separates seller statements, source contradictions and owner-evidence gaps.

Compact four-seaters

Royal Saunas Hongyuan vertical cedar barrel (63 × 63 in, Harvia 6 kW; stones sold separately) and the Aurora 2–4 Person barrel (72 × 60 in, Harvia 6 kW).

Room to spread out

Models advertised for 4–6 people are additional capacity candidates, not proof that four users have more usable bench space. Compare interior and bench measurements; missing geometry stays unknown.

Footprint excludes installation allowances. Interior volume per advertised seat is not usable bench space; heater kW alone does not establish performance.

Smallest footprint

Larger advertised capacity

Benovo 4–6 person

2 of 3 require a documented high-voltage dedicated circuit — not a standard outlet. A licensed electrician must confirm the exact requirements.

1 of 3 have an unknown voltage requirement. Confirm with the seller and electrician; do not assume outlet compatibility.
