Assembly, foundation and delivery
- Barrel saunas need a level, well-drained base that supports the cradles along their full length — confirm the seller's foundation guidance before ordering.
- Wood stoves need the manufacturer's clearances to combustibles, a properly installed chimney and spark protection — check local fire and building codes and your insurer before buying.
- Some areas restrict wood burning or require a permit and inspection.
